DOYUF.COM is a rapidly growing, profitable eCommerce marketplace organization and we are on the look out for a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Service Representative.
In this Ecommerce and After-sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone or email for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
- Assist clients on order-on-line
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry Manage ongoing customer relationships
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
Job requirements:
- Preferabbly Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service in the same industry or similar domains. Strong Ecommerce background
- Must be a sales-oriented person.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
- Second language a plus- Arabic
- The position is a work from home to start with. Must be flexible and able to work WEEKENDS if required.

- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce B2B - B2C product onboarding required.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant processes to be able to influence sellers to come on to our Marketplace.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction and identifying / onboarding strategic brands, sellers.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers".
- Demonstrated ability with direct management of teams, motivation and continued development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in UAE and GCC with exposure to prior interactions with brands, sellers and distributors.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing in e-commerce sector.
- Great work ethic and should be able to work in a startup environment
- Prior experience influencing / onboarding sellers on marketplace platforms.
- Should have good Verbal and written communication skills , ability to persuade , convince and simplify complex problems
- Strong Analytical skills, self driven result oriented, skilled in negotiations.
