We currently ship to the entire UAE region and accept major credit card payments along with cash on delivery. Shipments will be delivered within 5 working days for local products ordered for any branded products the shipping would vary from 10 to 12 working days. Please check the product section for the exact delivery schedules. Orders of AED 150 or more will be delivered free. A shipping Fee of AED: 20 will be charged for orders less that AED. 150. Cash on delivery would be charged with an additional fee of AED: 20 across UAE

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges from the brand vary from product to product. The brand incurs high shipping costs on low value items. Thereby in such cases charging a nominal charge helps them offset extra charges. Thus clearly understand the order summary for the shipping charges.

Customers are requested to take a video of the package while opening it when your order is delivered. Please use any device which is available at your disposal to do the same. The same can be submitted to Doyuf for any further clarifications on the order.

Why does the delivery date not match the delivery timeline of 4 to 5 business days?

There are certain holidays for the company or the delivery partners between the day you placed the order and the day you received the order. Thus a few extra days are added to the shipping days.

What is the estimated delivery date?

Doyuf procures and ships the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the factors like:

Are there any hidden costs on the items sold on the Doyuf ?

No, there are no hidden costs on the products listed on the Platform. The price listed is full and final, and the same must be paid. Delivery charges are not hidden and are charged depending on the shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery date vary for different products:?

The company deals in a wide array of products and, depending on the size of the product, its availability; thus, the estimated delivery date varies for different products. For example, a dress is shipped easily, but it requires diligence while shipping for a modular kitchen. After placing an order for the desired product, enter the default pin code on the product page to know the exact delivery date for the product.

Doyuf does not ship to a specific area?

Please enter the pin code on the product page (you need not enter it every time as you can set it as your default address) to know if the product is delivered to your address or not. If you have not filled the pin code till the checkout, then first check if the brand ships the product to your location or not. Also, check if there are certain legal restrictions while shipping to your address. There must be reliable courier partners in the location for the brand to ship the product to the location. Due to certain restrictions, the brand does not ship the [products to certain specific areas.

Doyuf does not offer a Cash on delivery option in your location?

Availability of Cash on Delivery depends on the courier partner servicing in the location to accept Cash as payment at the time of delivery. The courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination, and the order value could have been more than the amount. Thus enter the pin code on the product page to check if Cash on delivery is available in the location or not.

Does Doyuf arrange for pick up if I need to return a product?

Returns are easy and as seamless as ordering the product. Contact Us to initiate the return. Then the brand will give you a call explaining the process once you have initiated the return.

What does the different status like in stock available mean?

In stockimplies that the brand will mention the delivery date depending on the pin code of location (usually 2- 3 days, 4- 5 days, or six days depending on the area). For other areas, orders will be sent through Registered Post from the Indian Postal Service, which could take one or two weeks, depending on the location.

Availablethe slogan available implies that the brand does not have the product but can procure the product if the order is placed.

Preorder or forthcoming.

These items are expected to be released soon and are available for pre-booking. The item will be released to you on its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 shipping days. The pre-order duration varies from product to product.

Out of stockimplies that the product is not available for sale, but one can use the notify me feature to purchase once it is available for selling.

Importedat times, the seller needs to procure the product from foreign countries and then send it to the buyer. These items are mentioned as imported on the page and take more than ten days to be delivered to you.

Back in stock soonimplies that it is a popular item and is currently out of stock. However, the buyer can book an order for the product, and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the seller.

Temporarily unavailable-  the product is currently unavailable, not in stock, and is not available for purchase. The product is expected to be in stock soon, and one could use the notify me feature to know when the product will be available for purchase.

Permanently discontinued- this category implies that the product is out of stock and will not be in the stock for buying as it is obsolete or its production has been discontinued.
