Sleep is a simple tool which if used effectively can do loads to our well-being, like boosting immunity, reducing risks of lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases etc. Good sleep can boost metabolism, reduce weight, improve memory, hormonal balancing and many other health benefits. All of us spend almost one third of our life sleeping, yet we pay least attention to make ourselves aware about how to ensure “Good Sleep”
We realised that majority of the people were not clear about the aspects like what kind and configuration of Mattress or pillows they should use, when it’s the time to change their mattress/pillows, which material is more suitable, what level of firmness, what thickness is most suitable and so on……
Due to lack of awareness and clarity people either end up either paying extra and buying a product which may not be best suitable for them. This results in sub-optimal support and comfort during their sleep. This affects their sleep quality and ultimately their health. We decided to bridge this need gap and provide good products at reasonable price to ensure that everyone can have Good Sleep and Great Health. We feel that providing good products for good sleep, will be our contribution to the society. It was this thought which made us quit our High profile jobs in most reputed organisations.

Sandeep has done BE and M.Sc IT (UK). He worked in World Bank at UK for 10 years and then entered into the business of manufacturing of Sleep Products. He has more than 10 years of experience in this field. He has developed lot of innovative products for leading Brands in this industry. His in-depth experience and knowledge of sourcing of best quality raw materials, ingredients and best practices/systems ensure that all Kozynap products meet stringent quality check benchmark before leaving the factory gates.

Rajesh is and Engineer and MBA. He has done Executive MBA from IIM Kolkata and also leadership programs from IS Hyderabad. He has 25 years of experience in Middle/Top Management roles in Tata Motors, SREI and Times Group. He has extensive experience in creating Channel network, Product Management, Market research and product development. He plays a key role in developing Strategic road map for the company and creating robust systems and processes for the rapid and exponential growth of the company.

Chinmoy is an alumni of IIT (Kharagpur) and IIM ( Lucknow). He has a rich professional experience in organisations like Goldman Sachs, Infosys, Brand Capital ( Times Group) and OYO Japan. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in Tech and Finance management. His experience of scaling up companies to rapid growth stage is key factor for Kozynap’s expansion
AISHWARYA BISWASFOUNDER & MD AULI ACTIVE AYURVEDAAishwarya Biswas, the founder of fast-growing wellness and beauty brand AULI is creating new waves by becoming the only woman entrepreneur from Kolkata to appear on the first ever season of Shark Tank India and also successfully winning funding for her company.
A well-known face in the beauty and wellness industry, Aishwarya was the winner of the Lakme Sananda Tilottama in 2001. A true beauty with brains, she then went on to complete her graduation from NYU, with no less than a double major. She capped off her academic achievements with a post-grad MBA from one of the most premier, globally-ranked business schools S.P. Jain Global while simultaneously earning a diploma from the London School of Economics.

She has been the speaker at many Start-up and Entrepreneurship Summits by large bodies like CII, ICC, BCCI & Entrepreneur India and has been widely written about in India Today, The Telegraph and Entrepreneur magazine and in various other publications and online spaces. She has also recently been inducted as a member of the Rotary Club of Kolkata for her philanthropy.
